I love reading. It’s one of the things I truly enjoy in life. As such, I’ve read more books over my life than most of my peers. Not gloating, just a fact.
I’ve also found that writing down the things I learn helps me cement them in my mind. “Don’t you know there’s technology to take notes for you?” I hear that from friends. Yes, I realize that. But doing it that way, for me, doesn’t help with my ultimate objective, which is to really learn the stuff and be able to carry it with me in my day to day. That’s what I want from my reading experiences.
This post will be short because what I am linking to below speaks for itself. It’s 109 pages of notes I’ve captured from reading many, many books. I actually don’t know the total book count, but it’s easily more than 100.
That said, I hope you find these notes useful. Even if you grab one nugget from the full doc, that’s cool.

Enjoy.
p.s. I don’t cite which books all of these come from. This was meant as a guide for myself, but I figure that it might be helpful to others, so I’m sharing it.
